An accelerator gives you a cohort, some capital and mentorship, then leaves you to build. A venture studio does the building with you. We take on product development, market validation, sales motion and the fundraising narrative alongside the founder rather than advising from the sidelines.
Pre-seed and earlier. That includes idea-stage founders with no product, pre-seed teams with an MVP, and founders at an inflection point who need to reach the next round. You do not need a deck to start a conversation.
Typical delivery is 6–20 weeks from brief to a live product. Validation is measured in weeks rather than months, because the point is a clear go/no-go before anyone writes code.
Four things. Validate — market sizing, competitor mapping and feasibility, ending in a go/no-go. Build — MVPs, AI agents and full platforms. Sell — ICP definition, prospect sourcing, outreach and pipeline. Raise — pitch decks, data rooms, investor targeting and running the process.

We work across music technology, audio, SaaS, deep tech and industrial tech, with particular depth in music and audio. That focus comes from original research: a Master's thesis at the University of Agder, 110+ podcast episodes analysed, 30+ founder and investor interviews, and 40 academic papers.
